We know how important it is to receive your Sasillia kit quickly.
Every order is packed with care and shipped as soon as possible so you can start your new ritual without delay.
⚙️ Order Processing
It usually takes 1–3 business days to prepare and process your order after confirmation.
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
We do not ship the same day you place your order. For example, if you order on Monday, your package will likely ship on Tuesday or Wednesday.
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link to follow your order’s journey.
Please allow up to 72 hours to receive this shipping confirmation email.
Although we do everything possible to dispatch your order promptly, delivery times may vary slightly due to carrier delays or customs checks.
⚡ Priority Processing
If you select Priority Processing, your order is moved to the top of our queue.
These orders typically receive a tracking number within 24 hours (on business days).
For example, if you order on a Monday afternoon, you’ll usually receive tracking by Tuesday evening.
Shipping times remain the same as standard shipping — but your order is prepared and shipped first.
💌 Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We’ll always do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is shipped.
If you notice a mistake after placing your order, please contact support@sasillia.com as soon as possible.
If the package has not yet been sent, we’ll correct the address for you.
If it has already shipped, we’ll do our best to work with the courier to redirect it, but we cannot always guarantee success due to carrier restrictions.
If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, it will automatically be returned to us. Once received, we can re-ship it to your correct address (shipping cost applies) or issue a full refund.
🚚 Average Delivery Times
Our shipping partners deliver worldwide. Below are average transit times once your order has been dispatched:
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- North America: 6–8 business days
- Rest of World: 7–14 business days
You’ll receive:
1️⃣ A confirmation email when your order is processed (within 24–48 hours after checkout).
2️⃣ A shipping email with your tracking link once your order has left our warehouse.
If your tracking information hasn’t updated after a few days, don’t worry — your package is still on its way.
Please reach out to support@sasillia.com if it’s delayed beyond the estimated delivery window.
🌍 International Taxes and Duties
All orders are shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) — this means that all import duties, taxes, and customs fees are already included in the price you see at checkout.
You will not have to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
Our shipping partners handle all customs clearance on our behalf, ensuring a smooth and delay-free experience.
If your local courier ever contacts you about duties or import costs, please reach out to support@sasillia.com so we can assist immediately.
📦 If You’re Not Home
In most cases, the courier will deliver your package to the mailbox or front door.
If they deem it unsafe, they may leave a note or re-schedule delivery.
We recommend using a delivery address where someone can receive the package safely — for example, your workplace or a friend’s address.
🔙 Returns
If you’d like to return your order, you’re responsible for the cost of shipping it back to Sasillia.
